Contest Awards
We are proud to offer the following awards to the first and second place winners in each division of the Minoru Yasui Student Contest — and the school for an outstanding educator (NEW FOR 2024)!
Senior Division
9th - 12th grade, or ages 14 -18 years old
First place: $1000
Second place: $500
Junior Division
5th - 8th grade, or ages 10 - 14 years old
First place: $500
Second place: $250
Educator Engagement Award
$500
In recognition of an outstanding educator who encourages students to participate in the contest, the school with the most contestants will be awarded $500 for arts supplies/programs.
